My name is Tonya Lockamy, and I founded Sunset Living Realty because I believe agents deserve better.

For years, I watched talented people enter real estate full of potential, only to struggle. Not because they weren't capable, but because they weren't given what they truly needed to thrive.

I saw agents at big brokerages going through the motions of training programs that simply weren't connecting. Some disengaged. Some never got started. And in the meantime, agents were left feeling like islands, competing against each other instead of growing together.

I knew there had to be a better way. So I'm building it.
